Our Founder’s Story

Capital B Ventures was founded by Jason, a hands-on operator with deep roots in blue-collar values and entrepreneurial grit. Inspired by a 30-year real estate veteran mother and a manufacturing leader father, Jason learned early on the value of hard work, integrity, and perseverance.

After earning his degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Kentucky University, Jason went on to complete his MBA in Project Management at the City University of Seattle. Over the next decade, he climbed the corporate ladder—starting in manufacturing, moving through process improvement roles, and eventually leading complex programs.

Jason holds certifications in Project Management, Six Sigma, KAIZEN, and Data Analytics. He’s worked with some of the world’s most respected companies, including Nissan, Boeing, Microsoft, Northrop Grumman, and Raytheon. Through these experiences, he learned what works—and more importantly, what doesn’t—when it comes to running and growing great businesses.
